Release Notes V3.1

The release of V3.1 of the Protocol Spreadsheet implements a transfer tool for pasting plant data from V3.04 to V3.1 easily and the following updates and corrections:

• Amendment of line names for clarification in line009 and 010 (Comment, Plant and Company Sheet) to “Clinker bought/sold to other companies and from cross-border transfer”,
• Amendment of line names for clarification in line010c and 017a (Comment, Plant and Company Sheet) to “Clinker/MIC from internal transfer of processed cement”,
• Correction of the calculation formula in the Company Sheet line011 for the clinker mass balance and
• Change from the calculation formula in the Company Sheet line039 to an unprotected white cell for calculating the SUM values of all generated Plant Sheets by the user.
• In the Plant Sheet lines 154a to 154f, 311a, 312a to 312b, 313a to 313f and 314a to 314i reference to lower heating values of conventional fossil fuels in line132 to 137 (but can be overwritten),
• Furthermore, several minor technical bugs were fixed and editorial changes are implemented.

Release Notes V3.04 (December 2011)

The release of V3.04 of the Protocol Spreadsheet implements the following correction in the Plant sheet:

• In the Plant sheet lines 186, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 192a, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209 it is now possible to enter plant specific or year specific emission factors by the user. In line 200b a specific biogenic fraction can be entered. Such specific values are indicated by a white cell colour.
• line236a: The formula now correctly refers to line126a instead of line199a (as in V3.03). This correction only affects the Plant sheet.

The following minor corrections were implemented in the Company sheet.

• In line025, line049b, line096a, and line098c the formulas in the Company sheet were corrected in order to yield the result according to their definitions and in line with the Plant sheet line definitions.

Furthermore, several minor technical bugs were fixed, e.g. related to the use of different Excel® versions.
